We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. We ship from Firgrove Rural, Cape Town, South Africa.

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping:

For standard shipping with The Courier Guy, you have options of Economy Road (2-3 business days) and Overnight Courier (1-2 business days), with prices varying based on weight and service chosen. Add one day for processing orders.

International Shipping:

The Courier Guy offers international shipping services, including options for documents, non-documents, and air freight.

Customs Clearance:

Each international shipment must go through a formal clearance process in the receiving country by customs before it can be released for delivery.

VAT and Duties:

The receiver is responsible for paying any VAT and duties due on the shipment.

Customs Regulations:

Familiarize yourself with the customs regulations of the destination country, as each country has its own rules regarding importation, including prohibited items, restrictions, and duty rates.

Prohibited Items:

Be aware of any prohibited items for international shipping.

Shipping Address:

Shipping Timeframes:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Damaged or Lost Orders:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and assist in resolving the issue.
